Shipping Policy
Shipments go out within 24 hours of your purrchase, Monday-Saturday. Your order will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Priority and expedited shipping is available for additional cost-available to choose when you checkout. Please be sure that your shipping address is correct before purchasing.

- $50.00-$84.99: $14.95

FREE Returns and Exchanges
Here at The Good Cat Company, we want you to be happy. If you're not happy, then we're not happy!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us for a full refund.
- Returns must be unused and in the original condition they were in when shipped with all of the original packaging.
- Contact us and let us know that you wish to return your item and we will get on it asap.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Unfortunately, due to hygienic reasons, some items are not returnable. Items such as ear cuffs, masks, earrings, bodysuits, pantyhose, cat apparel, played with cat toys, cat treats and cat food are not returnable and are considered final sale.
- We do not accept returns after 30 days of purchase.
- All sale items are final sale. There are no refunds or returns on sale items.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email that we have received your item and a credit has been made to your method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Even though we pack your items with the utmost care, sometimes accidents do happen. Please contact us immediately and send us a picture of the damaged item to Meow@thegoodcatcompany.com, so we can give you a refund or replace the item(if in stock) ASAP.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us first, so that we can instruct you as to how to return the item to us.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we have received a returned item if it is shipped without tracking. USPS First Class postage and Priority postage include tracking with their services as does UPS.
